The Panic Display Team

The 2007 Southern Model Airshow would not have been complete without a visit from the Panic Display Team.

The Panic Team, Based out of Avicraft in Bromley, Kent and run by proprietors Rob and Ali Newman (creators of the well known Prangster, Bullet Glider, Frantic, Moronic and of course the Panic), always bring their own form of controlled chaos to the subtle art of formation flying.

The sight of a dozen brightly coloured bi-planes hacking up and down the flight line is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face, and hack about they did !

Like a swam of slightly disturbed hornets, they flew from one end of the flightline to the other performing all sorts of tricks as they went - how they managed to keep all of them in the air I don't know but the overall effect, judging by the audible reaction, was one that pleased the on-lookers.

Again, well worth the entrance fee alone and one to look out for again next year !
